Press Office and PR

You walk into the negotiation with a customer who already knows you.

Your name on an outlet the buyer has read for years builds a reputation that comes before the sale. That authority raises your brand equity and lowers the cost of winning new customers. The trust it earns makes negotiations easier and customers more loyal.

"Nobody talks about us".

Your product is serious and your customers are loyal, yet the newspaper your market reads features the competitor you rate half as good. It happens because a brand and a manager without credibility and reputation make every negotiation harder.

Without a public voice, the buyer compares three suppliers knowing nothing about you, and you have to convince before you can sell.

Media silence raises the cost of every contact. If the market does not know you, prospects stay less loyal, because they have no reason to trust you beyond price.

When nobody names you, every negotiation starts from zero and you lose ground to whoever has built a solid reputation.

Who Deep Marketing's press office is for.

It is for whoever runs a serious company the market does not talk about, and pays for that silence at every negotiation. The cases that reach us most often:

It is not for whoever wants a guaranteed number of placements: the journalist decides, and nobody can sell you publication volumes.

What changes when the press talks about you.

Being on the outlets transforms your authority. When a journalist writes about you, the trust is lent by the medium rather than bought with advertising. That process raises your brand equity and your brand's awareness among prospects.

A steady press office changes your relationship with the media. After a few months of activity, journalists start calling you for a technical opinion instead of you chasing space.

This method earns increasingly prestigious positions, TV and radio included, as happened with Serpac.

The article stays and keeps working for years. You can quote the placement on your website with the outlet's logo, something that with an advertorial is ethically questionable. That is how your customers get to know you through the sources they respect.

Serpac

Your name comes out on the outlets your customers read.

What counts is where you appear, not how many lines. Serpac, a company specialised in certified packaging for dangerous goods, earned almost 300 placements on more than 160 outlets in four years, from Ansa and Adnkronos to La Stampa and Il Messaggero, up to TV and radio.

Arcster, a fertility centre in Mestre, appeared in its first month in Il Messaggero, Il Gazzettino and Corriere del Veneto, with three placements in print too.

We work through relationships built in newsrooms over years of finding the story and interviewing managers. We do not sell paid articles and we do not promise guaranteed placements, because the final decision always belongs to the journalist.

What we guarantee is the method: finding the theme, contact with the media and the frequency of the stories. To track every operation we use DM Intelligence, our analytics tool, which gives a preview of every placement, its estimated media value and the monthly trend.

What the visibility you earn is worth.

Measuring the impact of communication is hard because many sell feelings instead of data.

Ingegneria Italia, Italy's largest STEM community, earned 17 placements in ten days for an event organised with that notice, generating more than 34 thousand euros of equivalent space and a return of ten times the cost of the operation, with 3,000 people at the event.

Media value is the cost you would have paid to buy the same space as an advertorial, and it is neither revenue nor a lead. We use this measure to give a concrete figure to an activity that is often told by feel.

Every placement is archived in DM Intelligence, our analytics tool, with outlet, date, link and screenshot, so you have solid proof to bring to a tender.

Proof, live

Every placement, measured like an investment.

This is the Press view of DM Intelligence on a real client: a preview of every placement, media value per outlet, the month-by-month trend and the return of the operation. The same view you get.

  • Preview and link of every published article
  • Media value computed outlet by outlet
  • Monthly trend and distribution by type of placement
  • A report the decision-maker can read, no glossary needed

The Press view of DM Intelligence: placements with preview, media value and monthly charts

How a placement is born.

The press release is only the last step of a complex process. We start by finding the story inside your company through interviews with the founder, the entrepreneur or the manager. This work of drawing out value serves to build a story worth telling.

Relationships built in newsrooms over years of work let the theme reach the right bylines. We follow the operation through to publication and, after the placement, we move on to the debrief and the preparation of the next strategy.

You are not buying a single press release, but a method that opens bigger doors over time.

The AIs look for you too, and they draw from the same places.

When ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity recommend a supplier, they do not read only your website. According to the Profound 2025 report, 85% of brand mentions across 21,311 cases analysed come from outlets, reviews and independent comparisons.

A placement on an authoritative outlet is the strongest signal you can send to an artificial intelligence model. Whoever works with a press office today is also doing SEO and GEO without knowing it.

How to buy.

We start with a 20-minute call to look at your assets. We go through the data, the stories and the people who like talking about your company, to find out whether there is a real story.

If there is nothing newsworthy, we tell you right away, before you have to invest resources.

You can choose to start with a minimum two-month operation for a launch, an opening or an event, then continue if the numbers convince you.

Our pact includes zero paid articles and a readable monthly report with the placements and their estimated media value. We do not hand your brand to interns, but to senior professionals who tell you whenever artificial intelligence touches a deliverable.

Frequently asked questions.

Do you buy placements?

No. No paid articles and no advertorials disguised as news. Placements are earned by pitching newsrooms a story their readers actually need, and that also means some pitches don't land: when that happens we tell you, instead of padding the press review with sites nobody reads.

Can you guarantee how many placements I will get?

No, and nobody can do so honestly: the journalist decides. What can be guaranteed is the work, meaning how many stories get pitched, to which newsrooms and how often. A guaranteed number is either bought space, or a network of sites born to host press releases.

Is my company too niche to be interesting?

Usually not, and it is the prejudice that stops the most entrepreneurs. Serpac sells certified packaging for dangerous goods and ended up on TV. What is almost never missing is the story: what is missing is the habit of recognising it, because from the inside the figure you hold looks obvious. The call settles it in twenty minutes.

How do you measure results?

Every placement is archived with outlet, date, link and screenshot, and next to it sits the estimated media value, meaning what buying that space would have cost. It is an estimate, and has to be read as such. None of those figures is revenue. Links are also re-checked over time, so the archive stays useful when you need it for a tender or for the website.

How long is a minimum engagement?

Two months, on a circumscribed goal such as a launch, an opening or an event, renewable if the numbers convince you. Building a company's voice on a sector takes longer, and the call shows which of the two cases is yours.

Do you organise events too?

Yes, inside the same project: concept, venue management, press invitations and coverage. The Ingegneria Italia case was born that way, with ten days' notice and 3,000 people in the room.

Does PR help with AI citations?

Yes, and today it is one of the main reasons to do it. Models cite third-party sources above all, and a placement on an authoritative outlet weighs far more than a page on your site saying the same thing.
