FAQ

Here you find the answers
you need before you sign.

Prices, timelines, who answers the phone, what you take with you if you change agency. These are the real questions that come up in calls and in the chatbot, with the answers we give there.

How much does it cost to work with you?

It depends on the scope, and the figure is set in a call on your numbers: how many disciplines, how many languages, how large the site is, how much advertising budget you are moving. What never changes is the way of pricing it. Fixed price declared before we start, item by item, and no surprises along the way. If you want an order of magnitude before talking to us, ask for two or three comparable quotes elsewhere as well, because that is the fastest way to understand what you are really buying.

Do you do strategy too, or only execution?

Both, but they are two different things and it pays to call them by their names. Execution runs against a written plan, with goals and numbers agreed first. Marketing direction, which means deciding with you where the money goes and defending those choices in front of the results, is a service of its own, with its own scope and price. If you already know what needs doing, you only need the second part, and we tell you so.

Who runs my project, and who decides?

The contract names the person who answers you and the person who decides on the big calls. On projects that require it, an engagement lead trained on the method works next to the main contact. The reason we put it in writing is simple: in agencies you meet the senior during the negotiation and then they vanish, and that is the complaint we hear most often from companies when they call us.

What is the minimum budget to start with Google Ads?

There is no single threshold, because it depends on what a click costs in your sector and on how many conversions a month the optimisation needs to work with. In a sector with clicks worth a few cents, small figures are enough; where a click costs several euros, they are not. On a call we calculate it on your case in twenty minutes, looking at your numbers, and if the budget does not hold up it is better to know before spending it.

How long does a new website take?

The delivery date is in the quote, written before you sign, and depends on how many pages and languages you need. The variable that stretches timelines is almost never technical: it is the content and the reviews that have to come from your side. If the date slips because of us, we tell you the moment it happens.

What does a guaranteed placement mean when a press office promises it?

It almost always means the article is paid for. A serious outlet cannot guarantee anyone that it will publish, because the decision belongs to the journalist and depends on what happens that day. Whoever guarantees a number of articles is selling advertising space dressed up as news, or a network of sites that host press releases and that nobody reads. What can be guaranteed is the work: how many stories we pitch, to which newsrooms, how often.

What do I take with me if I ever change agency?

Everything that is yours, and the contract says exactly what: which content and data leave, in which format, in how much time. The sites we build run on an SQLite database, an open format you can download at any moment, not only at the end. Advertising accounts stay in your name, and the measurement data can be exported. It is the question almost nobody asks before signing, and it is the one that decides how things will end.

Which disciplines do you cover in-house?

Six: marketing direction, advertising, websites and e-commerce, press office and events, SEO and AI citations, branding. It is rarer than it sounds. In the survey we ran on 3,103 Italian agencies, taken from their public Google listings between June and July 2026, only 54 declare web, advertising, SEO, branding and press office together. When a skill outside those six is needed, we say so and point you elsewhere.

Who leads Deep Marketing?

Francesco Galvani, founder, cited by Treccani, Italy's national encyclopaedia, and awarded Disruptive Marketing CEO of the Year 2025 (Italy) by EU Business News. The agency is based in Verona and works with clients in Italy and abroad, from ExxonMobil and Genertel to the Duomo di Milano. The awards we cite are four, and each one links its public source on the dedicated page, so you do not have to take our word for it.

I contact you, and then what happens?

We reply within one working day, and from there the roads are two. If you have something specific to get done, we send you a quote with scope, price and date. If you are still deciding what to do, it starts with a 20-minute call that includes a first-level diagnosis, free, which stays yours even if you then choose another supplier.
